What Exercises Should I Do To Lose Weight?

The best workout is and always will be the one that doesn’t feel like a chore; it doesn’t matter what is the most effective, or gets the fastest results. It’s the one that motivates you to go and want to go so that you stay on your path of achieving your goal.

There are tons of workouts that I can suggest which is why I created the free workout generator, or activities or even a specific exercise.  All of these options WILL improve your physique (because you are active); but if you’re not inspired to do it, you will not do it. End of story.

The best advice I can give is to reflect on what interests you, and just try something...for about 4 weeks. If you get good results and are having fun, stick with it. If not, there are plenty of other things you can try.

Either way, fitness and weight management is a long road of trials and errors, and only YOU will know what it is that will inspire you to reach your goals.

There IS a Quick Solution

After all of that you may be a little confused, but hold on.  Now this isn’t a permanent solution, but if you’re looking to drop water weight, just get yourself to a point of sweating and you should be on the right track. I can get myself to lose up to 10 lbs of just water weight over the course of a day from sweating and burning calories performing my workouts.  This number may be a bit excessive, but as you drop lower in body fat percentages you tend to store weight in this fashion so it can come off pretty quick.
