Can You Turn Fat Into Muscle?

Wouldn’t that be nice.  Well sorry that's not possible...you would need magic. Fatty tissue is completely different from muscle tissue.  Now, if you’d like to reduce your body fat percentage to appear more muscular, then yes.

In a healthy individual, a proper diet mixed with an active lifestyle is all you need to lose excess fat.  Everyone has different natural limitations as to how much fat they can lose while still maintaining a muscular physique. The best thing you can do is be active (pick up a sport, or go to the gym, or ride a bike, etc.) and eat a consistent diet of good protein (eggs and fish), good carbohydrates (sweet potatoes, beans, oatmeal, quinoa), and tons of vegetables (Kale, broccoli, cabbage, spinach, etc) and round off your meals with some fruit (Bananas, blueberries, watermelon, apples, mango).

Follow these guidelines and you should see improvements within a month.

The key is CONSISTENCY and DISCIPLINE.
